Vadim and his crew did a fantastic job with our leaky deck. They inherited a shoddy job but brought in clearly differentiated workmanship and professional communication throughout the process. The job involved working both indoors and outdoors, removing a previously done poor patch and fixing the deck and an underneath garage replacing mold and soaked drywall. They did everything through and through and kept us updated. He even checked in 15 days later which I really appreciated and I have never seen anyone else do. I will definitely call them for my next project.

Highly, highly recommend Rot Solutions. Timely! Reasonable. Professional. Easy! Turns out we had a significant rot problem brewing under the back porch of our Capitol Hill home. You could put your hand through the joists! Vadim offered a very reasonable offer, and from beginning to end, the replacement of the deck joists was one of the easiest contractor experiences we have had. Even better, they painted the joists and left the yard cleaner than they found it. A+++ service.
